Clustering

Introduction

Clustering is an extension of the Matching module that allows to merge multiple entities into a single, global entity view.

Users with the CONTRIBUTOR or ADMIN roles will see a merge icon indicating the number of found proposals. Users can review these proposals, see what match the proposal service has found, and then merge the matches.

Merging and Unmerging

Users have the ability to merge URIs based on the proposals found by the system. This will create a global entity view of the matched entities, combining their properties into a single screen in the Accurids system.

If needed, users also have the option to unmerge URIs, separating them back into their original, distinct entities.

Merging

Click the "Accept proposal" to merge entity.

Unmerging

Click the "Unmerge entity" to unmerge entity.
